Refund policy
At Arvini, we keep our return process simple.
1. Return Request
If you wish to return your product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we will provide the return address (France or Morocco).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

The hoodie must be in good condition.

The original black box must be included and in good condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product or packaging is damaged.
3. Return Shipping
All Arvini products include free shipping at purchase.
However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will refund 80% of the product price.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
The 20% deduction covers handling and restocking costs.
